Showtime Network has launched an advertising sponsorship program on Nerve.com and FHMUS.com for its new reality series “Family Business.”
The sponsorship, created by Interevco.com, includes the creation of a customized mini site housed on Nerve.com (www.nerve.com/familybusiness/) and linked to FHMUS.com that includes a full complement of features, interactive forums, quizzes and detailed inside information about the show.
In addition, Nerve.com and FHMUS.com will showcase “Family Business” with specialized content integrated within each site's signature editorial features. All elements of the joint site sponsorship went live Friday, timed to the premiere of “Family Business” at 11:30 PM ET/PT.
The shared sponsorship represents the main presence on the Web for the reality program that chronicles the Glasser family's involvement in the adult entertainment industry.
The customized mini site includes detailed show information, as well as bios of the series' regulars, Adam Glasser, his mother and cousin. In addition, the mini site features a personal advertorial listing for Glasser, created in the spirit of Nerve.com's "Personals." Glasser's "personal listing" is also simultaneously featured front and center on Nerve.com's "Personals" home page. The mini site also includes an interactive quiz to test users’ knowledge of the adult entertainment industry, as well as the "FB Forum" in which users can share dating experiences. Also housed on the mini site is "Fast Facts" about the adult entertainment industry compiled by FHMUS.com. The mini site has links to both FHMUS.com and Showtime Network's Web site, Show.com.
The mini site is enhanced by a variety of elements that have been created to showcase “Family Business” on each individual site. FHMUS.com will feature banner ads for “Family Business” that mirror the magazine's "I Can Do That," which provides an overview of a "dream job"; sponsorship positioning on the home page's main content box; fixed sponsorship positioning in the site's "Girls" section; and lead sponsorship of the site's "Slide Show" presentations.
Nerve.com's participation includes fixed sponsorship positioning on its home page; fixed sponsorship in the site's "Screening Room," one of its most highly trafficked features; lead sponsorship of its "Daily Poll," which will include questions relevant to the series; and the personal listing for Adam Glasser that resides as a fixed feature on the site's Personal home page.
In addition to the above customized elements, both sites are running a full array of banner advertisements and interstitial ads. Finally, each site will showcase “Family Business” in weekly newsletters as well as stand alone e-mails to registered users.
